You are the copyright owner or have legal permission to publish and monetize the content.
Your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
By uploading content to Afrofuse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, promote, and stream the content on our platform. This license includes the right to:
Stream your music to users;
Display your content publicly;
Promote it on social media or via advertising channels.
You may revoke this license at any time by removing your content, subject to ongoing sales or royalty agreements if applicable.
Artists who choose to sell their music through Afrofuse.com must:
Set a price for their tracks or albums via the platform;
Ensure that all payment and withdrawal information provided is accurate and up to date;
Agree to Afrofuse's revenue-sharing policy (details will be available on the Artist Dashboard or Monetization Agreement page).
All financial transactions will be processed through trusted third-party payment processors. Afrofuse may charge a commission or transaction fee on all sales, which will be disclosed before publishing for sale.
You may not upload or submit content that:
You do not have the legal right to distribute;
Contains hate speech, pornography, or incites violence;
Violates Ghanaian or international intellectual property laws;
Includes unauthorized samples or unlicensed third-party material.
Users who choose to make their content available for free listening agree to allow Afrofuse to stream their music publicly without payment or royalties. Free uploads remain the property of the copyright holder and can be removed at any time.
If you create an account on Afrofuse.com, you are responsible for:
Safeguarding your login credentials;
All activity that occurs under your account;
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The design, layout, code, branding, and all non-user-uploaded content on Afrofuse.com are owned by Afrofuse or its partners and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our proprietary materials without permission.
